I’m a Canadian abstract painter and freelance
illustrator living and working from my home studio on Lac Bernard in
Low, Quebec. I have been pursuing my art for 18 years, exhibiting and
selling my paintings in Canada, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Before settling back in Canada in 2004 to raise my children, I lived
in Asia for 10 years, first studying and painting in a shared studio
with Taiwanese contemporary artists, and then working from a home studio
in vibrant Hong Kong. This experience gave me an opportunity to embark
on an incredible journey of discovery into my art, and into myself.
Today, I paint mainly commissioned, large and small scale, acrylic on
canvas pieces for private and corporate clients around the world. I
am also working on a range of freelance, hand-drawn illustration projects,
such as creating the illustrations for the children’s book “Westieti
and the Whale”, the first in a series of 30 books, as well as
developing detailed illustrations for various government publications.
